I took miso about five weeks ago and have been bleeding intermittently ever since. This week, the bleeding was quite heavy, so I decided to go to the clinic to get it checked out. During the appointment, the doctor said there was a fetus or fetal remains in my uterus and they needed to know if the pregnancy was still ongoing. They did a blood test to check my hCG level, which was 22.6. When I took the test two months ago, on January 15th, it was 67,000. The doctor seemed concerned about the residue in my stomach and said I should go to a public hospital. Communication wasn't the best either, as I only speak English. I also had several ultrasounds, so I need help understanding whether it's safe to go to a public hospital and what I should do next.
